In the 1980s, I co-founded Walsh & White and worked my way up from hands-on plastering to managing multi-million-pound projects. I’ve overseen and supervised these projects, managing multiple teams of men, delivered developments of 200 houses, and handled individual builds worth up to £17 million. That experience taught me how to run a job to programme, keep costs under control, and never compromise on quality.

These days, I’ve returned to the tools, bringing that big-project discipline to every job I take on. Whether I’m working solo or with my trusted team, we keep things efficient, neat, and professional from the first visit to the final coat.
